J.D. Salinger, equally famous for his reclusive behavior as for his writing, died of natural causes at the age of 91. Back in high school "The Catcher in the Rye" became my favorite book before I even finished it, bumping "The Thief of Always" out of the coveted spot. Damn, that made me feel like a grown-up. Time for a re-read.
